Plan Types
Tana has an always-free plan and paid plans (Standard / Academic), and you will be charged per Team. Please select a best matching plan for your use case.
Always-free Plan
The always-free plan is automatically applied when you create a new Team. It’s available for the first member of the Team.
Paid Plans
Tana asks you to upgrade your Team when you want to manage inventories with multiple members. You are available to apply one paid plan per Team.
If you wish to start the paid plan, please enter your name and credit card information to complete the upgrade. For security reasons, we’ve integrated a token based payment method, therefore the credit card information you entered will be directly stored into our credit card processor (Stripe) without transmitting to our server.
Standard Plan (Paid)
Standard Plan is available to all customers. You could add unlimited members after subscribing.
Academic Plan (Paid)
A discounted plan, available to colledge students and teachers. Save your monthly cost and spend it on your project! We may ask you to send your identification when subscribed to this plan.
Upgrade to Paid Plan
Detailed steps will be displayed when you select a menu from Tana app.

Please select ‘Team Settings’ after selecting your current Team. You will be guided how to upgrade to paid plan.
Downgrade to Free Plan
iOS/Android
Please select ‘Billings’ menu in ‘Team Settings’, then you will see the steps how to downgrade.
