Team Overview
Tana lets you manage your inventories by an unit so called Team. All text and photos of Items and Storages are registered into a single Team.
After you completed a signed-up, you’ll see a default Team is prepared for you. You’ll able to manage inventories with your colleagues by inviting them to the Team.
You could create as many Teams as you wish, however it is recommended to reflect your real-world use case, such as one Team for your entire office, or multiple Teams per branch office.
The first member in the Team is always free, and you are charged only when the Team includes more than 2 members. Please check Pricings and Plans for more information.
Creating New Team
Just press a ‘Create New Team’ button in the first screen you see after sign-in/sign-up.
Switch Your Team
Select ‘Switch Team’ from sidebar menu which appears you swipe the screen from right to left, then you’ll see all the Teams you belongs to.
